Sintering Single Segments SSP

The revolutionary method for sintering single segments by means of the SSP 104 machine opens up new and unthought-of possibilities - also with respect to the metal bond.

Of course, many bonds our customers use today for the standard pressure sintering method can be used just as well on the SSP 104, e.g. our BD-11 - bestseller for many years.

Thanks to the special possibilities offered by sintering single segments, such as the ideal reproducibility of sintering temperature, such method also offers the chance of using materials which cannot be used with the conventional sintering method, requiring a sintering plateau. On the other hand, there are components which, due to their extremely short cycle times, should not be used when sintering single segments.

This has been and still is the object of product development in our sintering metal section.
