DIABASE / DIAMIX

The DIABASE / DIAMIX products are based on the successful and multiple useable base-powder DIABASE-V21. Different components where added to match specific applications – only the diamond has to be added. These mixtures are proofed in many applications. Of course we will be happy to mix „Your“ special powder.

Diabase-V07

Very good cutting behaviour in combination with titanium coated diamond. Diabase-V07

Diabase-V18

The tailor-made solution for cutting granite. Diabase-V18

Diabase-V21

Shows better toughness and resists impact load as well as side forces. Diabase-V21

DIAMIX-Bz 20

Specialised for cutting and drilling of concrete. as well for cutting non abrasive granite and marble. DIAMIX-Bz 20

DIAMIX-Bz 40

By adding more bronze a more free cutting bond for wall saws and drill bits for concrete is generated. This mixture could be used as well for higher cutting speeds. DIAMIX-Bz 40

DIAMIX-Bz 60

Mixture mainly for marble cutting with a diameter less than 600 mm. DIAMIX-Bz 60

DIAMIX-WC 20

For cutting abrasive concrete and non abrasive sandstone as well as dry cutting and dry drilling of asphalt. DIAMIX-WC 20

DIAMIX-Fe 20

Cutting of moderate, reinforced concrete and othe non abrasive materials. DIAMIX-Fe 20

DIAMIX-Fe 15 Bz 20
