Software IPA-NT Analyzer

(requirement IPA NT Monitor) 

• All processes saved in the database are analyzed on the PC.
• Criteria are determined by means of a filter according to which processes are analyzed.
• All processes executed since the last analysis are checked or, a time frame is set.
• Tolerances for temperature, pressure and stroke can be determined.
• It is possible to print the criteria and results of the analysis.
• An evaluation of the error messages of the PLC is possible.

Definition of an analysis:

• The criteria for the analysis is defined (sintering press type DSP)

Result of an analysis:

• The analyzed processes are itemized for a graphical check-up

Graphical control of a process:
